Visual Strategy In Depth: Damages is exclusively for lawyers, paralegals, and legal assistants who represent and work on behalf of plaintiffs. This course focuses on visual strategy techniques specifically to address damages issues. This course builds on the fundamentals from my Visual Strategy Foundations course. And, if you’ve worked with Amy before and have had some exposure to visual strategy, this course is an excellent and enjoyable refresher to reconnect with these concepts and techniques. I recommend taking my Visual Strategy Foundations course before this course; consider one of my course bundles.

What is visual strategy?
Visual strategy is a comprehensive approach to litigation that synthesizes case development with communication. Use visual strategy to zero in on what a case is about and present it to the jury in a way they can understand, learn, remember, and care about.
