What Visual Strategy In Depth: Damages is not

Visual Strategy In Depth: Damages is not a recap of Visual Strategy Foundations, and it’s not a course about making jurors cry. It’s a comprehensive course, 4 hours in total, that takes the method from Foundations and applies it to damages in full: a new way to frame loss, what you need to learn about your client early, how to teach long-term disability, a three-part workshop, worksheet toolkits, and exhibit templates. You won’t finish with a few ideas to consider. You’ll finish with content and real tools you can use on your case.

About your teacher

Amy Hall is a nationally recognized visual trial strategist who has worked exclusively with plaintiff firms for more than 19 years. She has consulted on hundreds of cases in nearly every state, including personal injury, medical negligence, product defect, and fraud, as well as specialized areas such as trucking and birth trauma. Her work spans multi-district litigation, class actions, and individual plaintiff cases, and includes some of history’s largest verdicts and settlements.

Is this really advanced, or a repeat of Foundations? It's advanced. My Visual Strategy Foundations teaches the method. In Depth: Damages applies it to damages, with a new way to frame loss, a three-part workshop, and exhibit templates and worksheet toolkits that go beyond the first course.
Who is this course for? Visual Strategy In Depth: Damages is exclusively for lawyers, paralegals, and legal assistants who represent and work on behalf of plaintiffs. It builds on the fundamentals from Visual Strategy Foundations, and Visual Strategy In Depth: Liability, so complete Foundations first. My Complete Package is the easiest way to do that.

What is the format, and what do I receive? You'll receive 4 hours of instruction through presentations and demonstration videos, divided into bite-size lessons of about 20 minutes each. Downloadable materials include readings, worksheet toolkits, and exhibit templates you can use right away. Start any time and study at your own pace.
Is this course approved for CLE credit? Do I get a certificate? Trial Strategy Academy courses are not specifically accredited for CLE credit. Some jurisdictions allow attorneys to request credit for unaccredited programs, so check your state bar’s rules. When you finish the course, you can request a certificate of completion showing the course title, instructor, date, and hours of instruction.
