What is visual strategy?
Visual strategy is a comprehensive approach to litigation that synthesizes case development with communication. Use visual strategy to zero in on what a case is about and present it to the jury in a way they can understand, learn, remember, and care about.

What do you do?

Does this course earn CLE credits?
When you complete Visual Strategy Foundations, you earn 5 participatory State Bar of California CLE credits. Many states recognize State Bar of California CLE credits; check with your state’s Bar. Regardless, this course provides rich content that will provide immediate value to all of your cases.
How do I get my CLE certificate for taking this course?
The course software tracks your progress. When you have completed the course, you will receive the State Bar of California certificate verifying your CLE credits.
